Addition to and renovation of Historic 1750's House

The renovation of this 250 year old house incorporated many energy saving features such as foam insulation in the walls and roof, new low E windows, cool roof shingles, low voltage lighting and a high efficiency boiler with a heat recovery ventilation system. The house achieved an excellent HRS rating for envelop integrity and earned an Energy Star award.
